Rooms were good, house keeping staff is above and beyond, daily cleaning and free toiletries are much helpful. Breakfast was ala carte but tasty. CHIKCEN ITEMS ARE HALAL.

Only one key card for Room, No Buffet breakfast.

As it was writen on Booking. com Its siynd prove room. turn out I heard everything from next door even door was closed. For the breakfast as its writen on the door of resturant 6.00 am-10.30 am. by the time we reach there at 10.00 everything just closed also we went there at 9.30 all stuff try to move everything out. We are on vacation we dont do thing in hurry. We also saw other couble both came after us. The staff ib resturant said its already close.

Suit room is Excellent.

The restaurant and Breakfast were superb. Good location. Ziron Hotel is not so far from the airport. Average one-way taxi transportation costs I spent (+-) THB 200 from the hotel to Siam Center, Siam Paragon, and Pratunam Market. Taxi fare from the hotel to Suvarnabhumi Airport taxi fare was THB 300.

High standards of Thai hospitality.

High standards of Thai hospitality. Perfect location far from heart of megapolise, green and quiet, close to Suvarnabhumi. A few good restaurant closer, a few ATM and one chilling dispensary shop. Rich and tasty breakfast, vegetarian options. Hotel feels fresh, proper decorated and with right positioning.

Air conditioner in room 620 need to clean up, I get a light sick from it.

Wonderful

Very friendly stuff, clean, every day complementary water, shampoo, coffee and toiletries. Close to bus stops, close to 7-11.

Shower water wasn't getting hot enough, but that's okay, if your just staying for a few nights

Nice and new hotel. Some problems, but we would stay there again.

Very clean, nice room. Interesting and easy travel by water taxi for less than a Euro/Dollar into the city (station at Bangkapi mall at the river). Because of the traffic it seems to be faster than a Taxi. Bangkapi Mall is very interesting too.

Some of the staff act very unprofessional. A lot of chinese people arrive in the evening and leave from 3 am. They are shouting very loud and smash the doors. Normally the hotel is very calm. But because of that it is hard to find sleep. The sink in the bathroom stinks.

The staff are friendly and considerate.

The staff are friendly and considerate. They take luggages for us and are always eager to help. Room facilities are complete. Bed is big and comfy.

The location is too remote! Lots of Chinese customers shout and talk at midnight. Totally not recommend this hotel if you want to stay near to somewhere bustling.

The price is OK.

The price is OK. But the location and environment are not so good.

Too many Chinese!! They are loud and uncivilized. They even tried to close the elevator’s door when it is already over crowded. Disaster. I would not have chosen this hotel if I have had known that there are so many Chinese.

Good conditions but location totally not recommended if visiting Bangkok for touristic attractions!

Hotel is fine regarding standard and facilities it provides. Cleanliness at correct level. Breakfast is a mix of Thai- and european food but not bad. Overall standard is good. Hotel is fine but not for ones coming to visit Bangkok.

I strongly do not recommend this hotel for somebody coming to see Bangkok. This hotel is placed too far away from main attractions thus making getting there a real nightmare. Even from AirportLink station Hua Mak taxi drivers do not know where it is and do not know how to get there. Do not follow any cheap promotions and recommendations from sites like Fly4free. It is really better to have an accommodation closer to city center and other attractions. Saves you a lot of hassle.

Comfortable 4 stars stay with an extremely friendly staff.

Everything was just perfect! Staff was super helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and tidy. The air conditioning was good which made our stay better as the weather was horrible.

Nothing, they did thier best to provide a good stay for us.

our very cozy clean but not pricey home in bangkok

the staff were all friendly, accommodating and can speak English well. cleanliness is superb! linens and other facilities were all well-maintained. buffet breakfast was good too!

location of the hotel was near the airport but far from major tourist destinations like grand palace, pratunam, wat pho, etc. the shower area of the bathroom does not have shower door or shower curtains. there was just a small glass divider that does not cover the entire shower area.

Best part of my visit to Bang Kapi

Excellent service. 24 hr desk definitely a plus when landing late at night. Laundry service was very fast.

No kitchen, restaurant, or room service, but everything one could want was a short walk away.

Great value, but far from most of Bangkok

At only 600 Baht/night, this was by far the nicest, cleanest hotel I’ve visited in Bangkok anywhere near its price. The room was fairly spacious, the beds comfy, and the shower high-pressure and hot. The staff, too, were lovely and accommodating. A similar room near Khao San Road, for example, would cost you at least 3-4 times as much.

This wasn’t a problem for me, because I had a specific reason to be in this district of Bangkok, but you should understand that it’s not close to any major points of interest, to public transit, nor to the main backpacker/tourist areas. There’s very little you can walk to (a couple mediocre malls), and a taxi to most places you’re likely to want to visit will run you at least 150 Baht. There were also some pretty loud, abrasive Chinese tourist groups there. I have nothing against Chinese tourists in general, but hearing loud shouting arguments among them going on at 11 p.m. and then again at 5 a.m. on multiple different days wasn’t exactly pleasant.
